How many times you eat in a day?

In a busy world I am wondering how many times you eat in a day including meals and snacks. I only eat 3 times a day no more snacks in between. How about you?

guardiangel For me, I eat meals 2 times a day. Only coffee for in the morning. I don't snack because I am trying to reduce my obesity. You know, I should be careful with my health especially I am already nearing 50 years old and I consider myself to be obese.

guardiangel Wow! that's good saying and it's true. I had experienced the feelings of them. And what I can hold on in time of this feeling is in the line "But the Lord has promised to never leave you alone."
