gunslinger This is a good input. I now go to the gym regularly (about twice or thrice a week) and the exercise is helping a lot. Your input about the massage on legs and knee part is a new one, though, but I wouldn't mind trying it out. :) Thanks a lot!

gunslinger Yeah! I drink luke warm water instead of cold ones. I hope it helps me! :) People have been advicing me to eat papaya.. It has come up more than once already. I guess its something really worth a try :) Thanks a lot bbsr13!

gunslinger Yes, increased water intake should be the easiest and not to say the most thrifty of the options that I have :) Did you say reduce intake of sugar? Hmmm, I guess that might help too. I have a sweet tooth and I almost always have chocolates and other sweets...

gunslinger Thanks qhwater... but i think banana doesn't help with my constipation. I'm not quite sure though but it makes my bowels a little bit harder sometimes. I agree about not going to the drugshop. I don't want to be too dependent on those drugs :)
