I have a friend who was phone-less for more than a month and she said the experience was liberating and refreshing. At first, she thought she's not going to last without her phone and to this day, she still doesn't want her phone...

guojia000 yes i can, but no more than one day. without my phone, it seems that i cannot know things at all time. it brings insecurity to me.
