At what time do you regularly go to sleep? I usually go to sleep quite early, because my colleges start early in the morning, but during weekends I stay up late (time varies). At what time do you go to sleep, and why?

gurneet_suri if i keep myself busyon computer.thewn i sllep at about at 2 clock.But if i am free then i generally lie down at 11 on bed. But then i am not able to sleep.Then i wake up agin and sit on pc. then whenever i feel sleepy i go to sleep . I dont have afixed time...
