I`m new one here. I uploaded a photo, but it is not displayed as my main profile photo. maybe it takes some time before admin checks it???

I`m new one here. I tried to do that at PROFILE - PHOTOS I uploaded a photo, but it don`t appear as my profile photo. maybe It have to take some time before it appears. are the photos approved by admin (or something like that)...
