haimeng yes, that's common in e-times. That happens to me, too. Even if i wanna eat, the website seems more attractive to me and makes me supress my hunger and when i have to eat, it's the time when i'm starving.

haimeng Good method. That's also why I'm a little fat. Every time I buy foods for storage, i will eat them at once. I have no resistance to chocolate. it's so delicious. so i'm always way too full and the next few days i have not enough pleasing food to have.

haimeng Same here. We experience the exactly same feelings. If my stomach really growls a lot, yes, I will eat something to stop it but not to get it full. i will still hungry. Today i wanna eat Beijing roasted duck, well, when i really buy one, it is pleasing to me.

haimeng are you on diet? Maybe you can try this. eat plain yogurt before meal. that supresses hunger and guarantee nutritions. hope it helps.
