hande_9m I do believe in KARMA. Yes actions make quite alot difference. "Every action has equal and opposite reaction" Whatever we do in this material world ,good/bad,we will get the reward/punishment here itself

Why am I not able to stop myself from smoking ? Will I die bcoz of smoking?

Hiii friends, I'm 29 now and am smoking from last 14 years . I'm like a chain smoker now .Tried everything to quit smoking but failed. Will I die because of smoking ??? Do u have any idea how can I stop smoking ??

hande_9m smoking is injurious to our body, so minimise it orelse it will kill you .A chain smoker cannot stot it suddenly. so drop the quantity.
