how much caffeine do you take in a day?

Many people feel that caffeine increases their mental alertness. Higher doses of caffeine can cause anxiety,dizziness,headaches, and the jitters. It can as well interfere with your normal sleep..well.. i know all about this...

Happy25 If I come to the same situation I will listen to what she is talking about very politely because almost all the religious people I know are so lovely and kind!But now I 've got no religion but I am really interested in it.
