I often hear people saying that boys grow till the age of 21 and girls grow till 18. But i haven't registered any growth in since past 2 years, currently i am 20. What do you think regarding the results and legitimacy of height...

havocspark Yeah, I need to relax myself a bit, cause it is gonna be a slow and steady process. I got to accept the fact that nothing is gonna produce magical result in a day or two. So, patience is the key. Thanks for the tip.

havocspark Thanks for sharing the information regarding the functionality of growth hormone. But is it true that the secretion of growth hormone stops at 20? Anyways all i can do is put effort with an optimistic setup of mind and be happy with whatever result I end at....

havocspark I agree with you regarding the market products. But the fact that disturbs me is that, both my mother and father are tall 5'7 and 5'10 , my grandfather too is around 6 feet tall. And i am just 5'6 :(

havocspark thanks a lot for your advice. I have started concentrating hard on my diet especially the protein part. Currently my height is 5'6 and I do proper at the gym along with stretching exercises and cycling. Whey Protein is a part of my daily diet.
