How many hours in a week u practice sport?

...i use about 10 in a week cause i think that to take care of our body is very important also for the quality of our life and not just for health....do u do sport??? How many hours at week?? U think 10 are too much or too few?

hbarmera i have pratice my sport my game Tennis 4 hours daily means 28 hours in a week because this is my favorite sport and it keeps my health main tain and keep me cool.i enjoy it
