Do you wear a watch nowadays? I do but I think that is mainly habit but my children dont. They use their mobiles or ipods to see the time of day. To me it is much easier just to flick the wrist and see the time but they recon it...

HeadshotDemon Yeah, I agree. Most kids now would rather have a cellphone to check the time. They might even think that it is cooler to be seen checking a cell rather than a watch.
