HellzMessiah If you make eye contact with people when your talking to them it shows respect. If you have eye contact then it shows to some people that your actually listening and not tuned out or worried about something else.

HellzMessiah Talking to yourself can help you solve problems. You can reason with yourself, doubt yourself, or just have conversations with yourself just because your bored. You do technically talk to yourself every time you think. So yea i talk to myself... It helps...
