I think my lot should provide spelling check facility for all postings like starting a discussion, responding to a discussion etc, This will help people to improve their english knowledge. What do you think?

Is it jealousy in a person is due to their inferiorty complex ? We see lot of people who are well of financially, yet they get jealousy when some body else is getting into better position and which may not be better than them.
