This discussion is a result of the responses received on another of my discussions. My other discussion is about children misbehaving in public places. Let me give you an example and see what your opinion is of the parent suing...

himel1281 hi.i think that it was not fault of child because a child has a soft mind . he doesn't anything harmful. He always works to cheer up. He doesn't want to become a virus to everyone.So any mishap happened it is uncertain.
