Do you carry your own bag to shop?

As eco-friendly measure they have started charging people for carry bags, in the shops. Does that really discourage people from consuming less plastic? How must is the carry bag anyway? Few cents? Many people dont really care...

hirenbhudrani People likes fashion and trends. if it becomes trends to carry own bags then all will carry their own bags with them to shop otherwise who cares, why not pay few cents for a bag.
