Drinking too much water can cause death....did you know?

Water intoxication occurs when overdrinking dilutes the sodium in the bloodstream, causing the brain to swell and push against the skull. It can lead to nausea, vomitin, weakness and seizures. I never knew this.....I read it...

pamskie88 I never know that drinking too much water can cause you death. All i knwo is that water is good for you doctors recommend to drink lots of water im not really sure if drinking too much water can cause death
