I don't eat vegetables since I was young and I don't know why haha. Maybe because I can't swallow vegetables. Everytime I ate some, it taste like eiw... But now, I realized that our body needs vegetables. But what can I do?? I...

honeyluv147 hi.i was once like you..i hated carrots a lot.now i love them:} i put salad dressing on them.i love ranch so that is what i use..but what ever salad dressing you like trust me you will like to eat veggies..melted cheese is also good on broccoli.so good luck...
