I was able to have all of my children naturally but I was induced. I also chose not to have any painkillers during my labour and delivery. I was lucky enough to not have to have a c-section and I must say that I would not choose...

honeytwin35 I definitely agree that the "spinals" I had for my C-sections has caused me alot of back pain. With 4 children by C-sections (not by choice), my back pain gets worse and worse over the years!!
