I've never had any problem falling asleep until recently. I'm tired during the day but I'm usually doing stuff so I can't sleep. Then nighttime rolls around and I know I should be tired, but I can't sleep. I'm only getting 5-8...

bestfriends I think you are getting just the right sleep. 5-8 hours is already good amount of sleep considering that you are adult. 6 hours at least I think for adult is proper. I have that problem sometimes too, what I do is just try to pretend myself as I am very tired...

smilekeith You might want to talk to you doctor about it, see if there is anything going on. Are you have troubles in life that keep you up worrying? Are you eating late at night, or drinking coffee or alcohol late in the night? Have you gained a lot of weight recently?...
