I am very scared of injections and so I never go for my blood tests nor for any other tests..........when i was a child I used to be that scared but now I am extremely scared and am gradually developing fear towards doctors also...

I havr been told by all that to have a good breakfast is a sign of keeping good health but I simply can't have my breakfast in the morning. Forget about eating I can't even have milk or coffee in the morning.
