huyangsky Yes,this is what I worrying about.I can't getting my money out in my place.With paypal if I can't getting my money out,I can buy or sell things on ebay which accept the payment processor. Thank you for your response.Happy myloting.

huyangsky Yes,I found most of the PTC sites accept alertpay,but I am not going to have one,Now I will be away for a long time without PC.So thank you for your advice,happy myloting.
