In were I come from in west africa we normally greet by handshake for the male, while for the femmale it by prostrating. But every areas with different mode of greeting, so what your style of greeting?

jaishankar @hyperchi,I'm a Hindu from India.We greet others with folding hands and saying 'Namastey' or 'Namaskar' or 'Pranam.' We show our respect for our parents and elders by their feet.
