iceman23 Research found that, contrary to common belief old age doesn't mean a decline to happiness- older people are just as happy as younger people. Whilst many young people associated old age with doom and gloom, this is not the case.

iceman23 Advance happy birthday for you! Many people perceived that getting old is a miserable experience, they maybe encouraged to drink responsibly and take better care of their health. Reaching 80 would be an experience worth living..

iceman23 well, the best thing to consider is to value life whatever age your at, and we should do more effort to look after us especially when we arrived at the older age level, whether 40 or 50.,
