How often do you replace the timing belt on a Honda Civic?

Does anyone know a website or a good source that can tell you how often you need to get your timing belt replaced on a Honda Civic? I have heard so many conflicting opinions and don't have my original owners manual. Thanks!

icemanterly Good day , I am a Honda Civic owner since 1999, and religiously replacing my cars every 75,000 kilometers.. You can call your nearest honda service center for more inquiries for your exact car year model.
