inapaulineabelon I just wanna say that it's all in the mind. You don't have to focus on trying to eat a lot. You have to choose what you have to eat and eat regularly. With that, i mean you should eat at least 5 times a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the 2 in-between...
