Foreigners wanting to marry Filipino women - There are many Filipina women who are lured into marrying foreigners, notwithstanding the problems it can create. Of course, cultural differences could come in the way to a lasting partnership, that's why for the levelheaded ones, this option is not that attractive, myself included.
