Sipa - The game is named after the act of playing the game. The object being used to play the game is also called sipa. It is made of a washer with colorful threads attached to it. One of the participants has to be the “it.” A participant may volunteer to be the “it,” or the “it” may be determined through a selection process; it could be through jack-en-poy (Rock, scissor, paper) or a toss coin.
