Me and two of our Pharaoh Hounds - This photo was to help promote a book I wrote called 'Dig It! Gardening Tips for Dogs'. The dog who looks like he's reading with me is the most incredible digger we've ever had. He just loves to dig holes. If only I could teach hime to dig where I want him to, not where he wants to. The other dog is his brother, and he was snuffling in my ear when the photo was taken. I was trying hard to look like a professional writer, not a giggling gertie. A tip for people taking photos with dogs - dried liver! That's what the dog is doing, he's not actually clever enough to read. It made a great photo though!
