Oxford Pocket Dictionary - I use to bring one of these during my college days.. I even found a classmate who brought the same reference material when it comes to word and grammar.. I really find using one more gratifying than just typing it and the words associated while you type the letters would come up. There are even electronic dictionaries that came up but, they were too expensive and all I could do was install one on my mobile phone which was really convenient too.
