Turkeys for Christmas - This year we decided we'd try to raise turkeys for Christmas Dinner. They grow so fast, and are eating way more that we expected. The male turkey's heads are starting to turn blue. The male turkeys fluff their feathers when they get nervous or want to show off to the female turkeys.
