Traditional of the Mountain Province in the Philip - This picture shows one of our traditional food that is found in the northern part of the Philippines called 'Mountain Province' or 'Cordillera Region.' We call this 'etag' which is a preserved meat (pork) through salt. It is very yummy! The taste is really out of this world. Why not try?^^
