There's no one to bother you, plus there are lots of places to eat and bars to enjoy. These beaches are very accessible. Just take the Vancouver Sky Train and get off at the Surrey Central station. Then take bus #421 bound for the White Rock Center. The trip is only about one hour, and it's worth it!
