Flight Crew Safety demonstration - IN accordance to FAA regulation, showing the safety features of the aircraft is a standard procedure before any commercial flight takes off. Years ago it's a live safety demo but recently airline's using video instead and it goes like this: Each seat is provided with a seatbelt, to fasten simply push together, to unfasten lift top of buckle and pull free end to release.  In an unlikely event of a water landing, lifevests are located under your seat. To don the vest, slip vest over your head, take tape around the waste and push ends together, to inflate the vest jerk inflation cord downward, to regulate air pressure, use either mouth tubes, blow to increase air or push pin inward to release air.  In case of loss of cabin pressure, oxygen mask will drop out from the panel above you, pull the mask towards you ,adjust headband and breathe normally.  Emergency exits are clearly mark on both sides of the cabin .....
