An example of how fast your arms move while you sp - I came across this gif image while surfing the web. I found it interesting, and is quite accurate showing the rate of arm movement. Although the form and technique of stroke seems terrible, the speed is probably not bad overall. :) Just thought it'd be interesting to share.
