Corn and capsicum - Planted the corn a week ago and the capsicum yesterday. Half the corn did not survive the initial planting. We are getting hot, windy weather. The soil here is a sandy loam. I have used good quality potting mix with blood and bone, some goat poo and some half broken down organic matter. Sadly, there has been only a little light shower or two about a week ago so I'm having to water with bore water.
