In 1993, at age 11, Britney joined the Disney Channels New Mickey Mouse Club (NMMC). Two other big stars today that Britney Co-starred with was Justin Timberlake and Chistina Aguilera. In 1994, Britney left the NMMC and went home to attend Park Lane Academy in McComb, Miss. In 1995, Britney's beauty and personality got her voted 'class favorite' and 'Junior High beauty' at Park Lane in both 7th and 8th grade. In 1997, Britney landed her record deal. She performed in malls in '98, while putting the final touches on her debut disc., '...Baby One More Time.' Now in 1999, Britney has let out 3 top 10 songs, 'Baby', 'Sometimes', and her new one 'Crazy.' Not to mention her first CD! In her video 'Baby' she had her cousin play the guy she was supposed to be crushing on. For her second video, she had already hit the top 10. While making her second video, 'Sometimes', Britney damaged her knee, but Britney re-asures her fans that her knee is getting better and soon she will be back to her old self again, but for now she's just gonna take it easy. She already showed up on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Dawsons Creek. On October 16th, Britney will be guest-starring as herself on The Famous Jet Jackson. Then she will be performing an in-concert with Joey McIntyre in Orlando, Fla., on the Disney Channel. Britney is now gearing up for her own TV show, a cameo in the flick Jack of All Trades. At the same time she is working on her second album. Fans be ready for another top 10 from the queen diva Britney Spears.
