csebharat ya.. it is very necessary to check up every year. as we don't know what is our condition. as there are many diseases like swan fly, like that is coming we must be very careful n must go to doctor for checkup every year or every 6months.

iamsolucky we always have free check up in our company. Its a general check up for every regular employees. Its great that we have this every year so we can monitor our health. happy mylotting and smile always!

manayonboy I'' go and visit annually my doctor and we have the annual checkup. To see if there is a problem in my health . Because is better to cure early and detect early in any decease. Prevention is better than cure as they always say.
