ishi23 yes, true I really like what you said "don't curse him of making a mistake" I guess lot of times people unknowingly curse and hurt the self esteem of the person. I have seen someone suffering from this and really feel helpless not be able to help.

ishi23 Hmm...sounds like there is nothing much one can do besides motivating and re-instilling the fact how important he/she is .... I have seen how a low self - esteem can mess up one's life....I really can't see people suffering from this problem.
