Hairfall Problems

I have coloured my hair. Recently I have noticed that my hair is falling a lot and my hairs have become so thin that if i oil my hair, I see my inner skin clearly. I am becoming bald. Please Help.

izar_vergamse OH! god... Its worrying me a lot. I think it may be due to the water also....It contains a lot of iron. Is there any other alternate ways...Please suggest.

izar_vergamse Ya! thanx i got it... but i'm looking for a hard copy of the book.... as i hate to stay in front of the computer for hours on end... Can you please suggest a hard copy book....
