Do you visit your doctor or general practitioner regularly? Regular check ups can help maintain a healthy mind and body. Some people only go to see their doctor if they're really ill - others go for nothing. I have to go regularly...

jack_thestriper well i'm kinda scaried of my doctor. he seams like a good doctor, but I found him pretty scary. maybe when I really need him, I stop by.
