How someone dare to say love?

Did you think how someone dare to say "i love you" or some think like that? I really confused what the concept of saying love at here. And what could be force someone to say ridiculous think like that? OK. I need your comment...

jackmcneil No. You don't misunderstood. You got the point. The question is how people dare to say "I love you?" It will simultaneous ask why people need to say i love you? Can that's feel(love)make the man and girl know their feeling each other? That's it. OK. Thanks...

So...Region is somethink that people held. It's all about spirituality. Every religion teach a kind matter. But in the other hands, the differeces of religion could bring the mess. Such as war, fighting, etc. So give the comment...
