Will Chuck ever say "I love you" to Blair?

We all know that Chuck really loves Blair, he just can't say it to her face. He had his chances, but he still opted to deny it with the excuse that he can't make Blair happy. Will he ever say those three words? What do you think?

jalexis During their prom Blair had her so called "dream prom". Everything was exactly what she envisioned but during the dance with Nate she realized Chuck was the guy for her.

jalexis I hope so too, but in the meantime all I can say is that it's worth the wait.
