how would you deal with scoliosis if you have?

how would you deal if you have this kind of situation? what if you have no money to undergo an operation?

jayhon i also have scoliosis and doctors advised me for operation.i dont have as well the money for it coz it will cost more that Php500,000.Im also from the philippines.
