How to build six pack abs?

Six pack abs give perfect look to male as well as female. I am getting fat and I need to build six pack abs. Any idea about it.

MoneyMaster first you need to lose weight,ur body fat must be under %10. then u must eat healthy food 6 days a week,and eat anything u want in the 7th day. now exercising:exercise 6 days a week and don't do the same workout everyday. make ur sessions 10 minutes a day...

aquarina The only way to get 6 pack abs is to diet and lose the layer of fat that is covering your abdominal muscles. Many people think that they can do thousands of crunches and will have a six pack... and that you may, but if it's under a layer of fat, you wont see...
