Thumb drives

I recently had to reformat my hard drive and backed up some access file. After reloading Office, I "sent" the files from the thumb drive to the "c" drive, Now I cannot find them. What happened and where can I find them

jdstrie Thanks for your response, but I "sent" the info fm the thumb to the "C" drive and now cannot find/open this data base. Data base is in MS Access. Help Jim
