Jeff In my opinion, the most important factors to motivate employees are trust, recognition and share. The company should let the employees conscious that they are important for the company, for the boss and give them a promising future.

Honestly, a lot of people treat the idea of getting rich as simple but when comes down to it, will you really know what to do with so much money? I am curious to know what you would do with such a big amount of money.
