Should teenage girls and boys be treated the same?

Growing up, I was always told that I can't do what boys do simply because of me being a girl. I never thought this was fair. For instance, why did my teenage brother get to stay out much later than me and nothing be said to him....

jennasmom They should ABSOLUTELY be treated the same!! Parents are more concerned about their teenage daughter getting pregnant than their teenage sons getting someone pregnant. I don't understand this, because both situations can ruin the child's future.
