What is the best tasting Milk Substitue out there?

I'm a vegetarian, aspiring Vegan...but I am having a hard time finding a milk substitue. I tried Silk ( regular ) and i gagged. YUCK! I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a good tasting one atleatst? Thanks :)
