oftentimes there are thoughts and ideas we can hardly express and when heard from others, we tend to regret of not being able to express it out... so frustrating right?...

jheyan yeah right, but what if the problem is you don't know anymore how or when to express yourself coz you always think of what others feel and before you made the "correct or right" thing to say so as not to hurt them, you've lost the opportunity to say what...
