gyaaaaa, i am having weight problem again after couples months. i just wondering whats the effectively way to loose weight? what kind diet that i should have since i hear so many diet type and i am not sure it will work enough...

Jibrish I forgot to mention exercise. Do cardio 3 days a week, putting 1 day off in between each day. Go for a walk around the block a few times, and work your way up to running if you can. The point is to push yourself each time. You want higher intensity over...
